Female Nude Plaster Statue
This is an enchanting Standing Figure of a Young Female Nude. It is quite heavy and was purchased as being terracotta, but it is believed, with reservations, to be plaster. It is very well sculpted, with a lovely face which is always an excellent feature, and painted in a colour to replicate bronze. She is a good size at approximately 84 cm tall and the base is 23 cm x 25cm. In very good overall condition, with expected wear and scuffs due to natural age and use. The age difficult to determine but is being listed as as mid-century.
