English’s Fish and Chip Restaurant has a unique history as it has been serving seafood on the same site since the 1890’s and been owned and operated by the same family since 1945.  It is located in the heart of Brighton’s Lanes, nestled within the famous 18^th Century narrow and winding streets.  It is even rumoured to have a ghostly gentleman in an oversized top hat periodically wandering through their kitchens and also has a hall of fame with signed photograph’s of many famous celebrities including, Charlie Chaplin, Dame Judi Dench and Lily Savage/Paul O’Grady amongst others.
