This elegant Maison Jansen style Oval Coffee Table is French mid century and is such good quality. The glass top rests upon the brass legs and bowed brass stretcher frame; the stretchers curve deeply inward and back to join to the legs and as can be seen the slender brass column legs of this table end with a hoofed foot detail. Maison Jansen tables of this type would have a signature ram’s head and hoof feet detail. This table would enhance the décor of any room and give such a feeling of light and space; it is in good condition and has a wonderful patina which is consistent with age and use.
