English circa 1790 Kitchenalia Small Brass Preserving Pan/Cooking Pot
This very large and substantial late 18th Century item of kitchenware is a wonderful piece of social history and perfect for the Kitchenalia Collector. This handcrafted cooking pot/preserving pan has a rolled top and good strong blacksmith crafted iron handle that swings through 180 degrees, and is in very sound usable condition, with a wonderful colour and patina and has the usual expected dings and dents after such long service.
If not used within a culinary setting for display or other purposes, floral displays etc in other rooms it could very well be used as a log bucket. Whatever the ultimate use it is entirely practical and has superb aesthetics to compliment any home.
